What type of animals do easy breeding for easy money?

I've recently become interested in breeding animals. I want to sell them to make a little extra cash, but I definitely do NOT want to breed dogs. What is a good type of animal that will help me make good money from breeding them? And i'd like something easy to breed, if possible.

If they were easy to breed, and breed well, and selling for good money then everyone owuld be doing it. The value of certain animals are defined, in part, by the difficulty of breeding them.

Mind you, free range or organic pigs are worth a decent price if you can produce them, but you probably meant something you could breed at home, right?
